Tours

We learn so much by visiting area gardens. On a trip to Penguin Court in Laughlintown our club toured the 1,089 acres of forests, meadows and open space, a spring-fed reservoir and pond, a 7,000 square foot conservatory and 3,700 square foot greenhouse. It is located in Westmoreland County and is owned by the Brandywine Conservancy.

Melissa Reckner, Program Manager, and GC of J members in the conservatory. Later the members stopped for a group photo.
