Our Annual Garden Club of Johnstown Fundraising Project: Homes for the Holidays Market

A Partnership with the Westmont Neighbors Holiday Home Tour

On Saturday, December 5, 2026, we will partner with the Westmont Neighbors Group Holiday Home Tour. We will create a “Holiday Market” offering our raffles, gift ideas, and holiday floral designs in addition to providing registration and hospitality for tour participants at Westmont Presbyterian Church. (Set up will be Friday, December 4 th .)

Our Holiday Market will include:

  •  Our traditional raffles: Glamour Galore, Basket Raffle, and 50/50

  •  Fresh designs: Kissing Balls, Centerpieces, Dried Artichokes, Magnolia Branches

  •  Gardening Gift Bags featuring items from Ways and Means

  •  Gently Used “Vintage” Holiday Decorations, Ornaments, and Artwork

  •  Waxed Amaryllis and Narcissus bulbs, depending on availability

Informational Displays about The Garden Club of Johnstown and Holiday Wreath Decoration

Ideas will be included.

OUR GLAMOUR GALORE RAFFLE IS OUR MAJOR MONEY MAKER!

We ask every member to be responsible for purchasing and/or selling the enclosed 5 tickets. Additional tickets will be available at the Holiday Market or by contacting Sheri Lowry or Gloria LaMonacca. Completed Glamour Galore ticket stubs, checks made out to The Garden Club of Johnstown, and any unsold tickets should be returned to Gloria at/by our November 9 th meeting. Remaining tickets will be sold at the event.

  •  Winners of our Glamour Galore Raffle will be drawn after registration of the second session is completed. (Make sure contact info is completed on the stub.)

  •  This raffle features three prize packages worth $250-300: Choose one per ticket

  •  Kate Spade Purse Package (pictured),

  •  Night on the Town (Gift Certificates to Local Restaurants or Tickets to Local Events)

  •  Grower’s Delight: (Gift Certificates to Local Nurseries and Gardening Items)

  •  Pick the package you are interested in by checking the corresponding box on the ticket stub.

  •  All the items are generously donated by local businesses and our Garden Club members.

  •  Tickets are $5 apiece, or 5 for $20, and you do not have to be present to win.

This is our only fundraiser. We ask all of our members to support our efforts by helping staff the event, set/clean up, and participate in our Glamour Galore Raffle. Donations to our raffles and Holiday Treasure Sales are so welcome! Questions: Contact 814-243-3456
